Shillington School of
Graphic Design NYC

Shillington is an intensive and immersive program designed to equip aspiring designers with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of graphic design. With campuses in various global cities, Shillington offers a hands-on curriculum that covers key design principles, industry-standard software, and practical design projects. My role as a teacher and Head of the New York campus allowed me to be immersed in mentoring young designers and managing teachers. I also had the opportunity to work with our Marketing department on campaigns, featured blog articles, and content examples.

Study Abroad Campaign

A marketing campaign was developed to enhance Shillington's study abroad offerings and boost international student enrollments. The brief for this campaign was to create a lively and illustrative campaign suitable for use on social platforms, web banners, and the existing Shillington website. Custom Typeface

In our elective course on Typography, we teach students how to create a custom typeface using basic shapes. I developed a typeface called 'Hai,' inspired by my time in Japan. I aimed to design a warm and playful typeface, loosely based on Kanji characters."
