Hairhouse (*Warehouse)

Hairhouse, formerly known as Hairhouse Warehouse, is Australia’s popular destination for hair, beauty, and piercing. Established in 1992, Hairhouse is a consumer destination with well over 100 products, stores, and an online presence. I was part of the in-house design team that focused on elevating and evolving the brand. I had the opportunity to work on private label products and packaging, as well as digital websites, social media campaigns, and most recently, I art directed new imagery for the brand.

ROLES

  • An integral part of the in-house creative team, responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions and art direction for the Hairhouse Warehouse brand, sub-brands, and various marketing campaigns. Creativity, expertise, and attention to detail was a crucial part of my role in enhancing the visual identity of our products and services across different platforms and media.

  • Provide art direction for design projects, ensuring consistency with the Hairhouse Warehouse brand guidelines while pushing the creative boundaries to maintain a fresh and engaging visual identity.

Brand Design

A significant portion of my day-to-day design work involved conceptualizing the latest themed catalogues, coordinating photoshoots, and designing the overall layout for both print and digital formats. I sourced photographers, art-directed photoshoots, and crafted the design for the catalogues.
